Upper preparation
Machine for preparing the upper in the heel´s area. Insertion of the counter between inner lining and leather, cementing and application of rubber parts on the upper material.
By using an adjustable pincers tension, the upper is pulled over a foot switch on the last.
For cementing and applying, the working unit can be swiveled by 180°.
Additionally, a pneumatic brake is installed in order to fix the upper´s position.
In order to guarantee a correct working height for the operating person, the height of the working unit can be adjusted continuously.
The work place is illuminated.
Afterwards, the upper is activated by heat and is pressed on the backpart molding machine by a special air membrane.
