The pneumatic ironing machine with conveyer belt and hot plate is used around materials to ironing and concealing.
To achieve a perfect cementing between upper leather and textile lining, that is coated with hot glue, the exact temperature and the necessary pressure to have to be reached as soon as possible.
The activation of the parts is reached by the hot plate which is covered with a Teflon foil.
- The machine has a hot plate. The size amounts to 600 x 400 mm.
- The transport occurs through 2 silicone belts.
- The outlet is directly with the operator
- The pressure to the ironing of 3.0 KN is reached by 4 cylinders.
- The working height can be put electrically. The working height amounts to 800 mm
