The great advantage of this new developed machine compared to competitive brands is the mechanic adjustable punching depth. Even at full pressure (100 to) and a small embossing or cutting tool a constant stroke and a precision of 0,02 mm is guaranteed.
Advantage: the tools are preserved and the wear out of cutting supports is less.
The sequence of operation and the safety devices are described as follows:
The cutting talbe will be driven into the machine manually and then the closing movement of the protective lattice and the cutting process follow automatically. By working with heated embossing dies it is possible to adjust an embossing time up to 30 minutes.
