The mechanical structure of the KBSS is identical to the KBS, but is equipped with servomotor-driven hydraulic. This enables a high flexibility at punching speed and pressure settings.
These advantages are of particular importance while processing difficult materials. Also the embossing sector benefits from the advantages against the conventional hydraulic. Another important factor is the low consumption of oil. Even machines with a punching power of 1000 KN only need 20 l hydraulic oil.
The hydraulic only runs during the punching process. This leads to high energy savings.
