Tannery Machines

The Dosemat in principal is a technical clearly drawn machine, comparably constructed as a drum or a reel. Thanks to the austenetic steel V4A our machines are extremely low in maintenance. Providing enough sustainability the machine can be placed on the ground. The development of the Dosemat-System is the result of decades of experiences with wooden barrels, washing machines and y-drums. The drum is built with a double shell with jet cross flow system, which offers extrem reliability and effectivity. The outer shell is completely closed apart from the openings used for loading and unloading. The inner shell has 3 perforated sectors displayed over the entire width, with 3 closed sectors in between. Channels which lead to the dip outs are placed in the inner space. The dip out operate in both directions.
