They are called "One-Stroke-Perforate-Technology" and "Automatic-Quick-Change-Technologie" and are the object of desire at the international trade fair "ISA Automotive" in Pirmasens.
Among the many advantages of the high-tech machines - Made in Germany - which have been acknowledged with great attention and benevolence by automotive suppliers in the interior sector, are, among other things, a fast work process and thus considerable time savings as well as a high degree of safety.

The One-Stroke-Perforate-Technology offers, among other things, fast tool change, hydraulic clamping, automatic height adjustment and up to 30,000 punches in one tool. About 700 parts can be produced per hour. The punching force: up to over 1,000 tons!

The Automatic-Quick-Change-Technology offers the advantage of an automatic tool change (takes only about two minutes) for up to four tools.
