Successful Premiere for Pirmasens-Based Machinery Manufacturer RING
At the international trade fairs Techtextil and Texprocess in Frankfurt am Main—which attracted more than 36,000 visitors and 1,700 exhibitors from 112 countries—the leading manufacturer of perforation machinery, RING, unveiled a world-first innovation in the field of perforation technology.
The technical advancement impressed numerous industry professionals. At the RING booth, representatives from the automotive sector, as well as the textile, leather, and medical technology industries, gathered to learn more about the new solution.
In particular, the automotive industry relies on perforation machinery for the production of car seats and various interior components.
The RING Group—an internationally active company with global subsidiaries—captured the attention of a wide range of industries with its latest innovation in perforation technology.
“The level of interest in our new technology, which is unprecedented in the perforation sector, is exceptionally high,” emphasized Project Manager Martin Mohr.
Among the key advantages of the new AI-supported technology, which incorporates an advanced camera system, are efficient robotic integration, accelerated production processes, and significant time savings while maintaining the highest quality standards.
In September, the RING Group will present the “high-tech machine” for the first time at its in-house exhibition in Pirmasens, taking place from September 28 to October 1, 2026.
