Model KP 2004-1
Lining press type KP 2004 for ironing the toe puff and laminating the upper in one working operation.
Several laminating moulds at choice!
Advantages:
A lot of space (about 50 mm) between upper mould and lower mould what enables easy handling.
The ironing of lining and upper leather is optimal because the downwards movement and the lateral closing movement are caused by separate cylinders.
Serial equipment:
- infinitely variable electronic heating regulation of the upper mould
- infinitely variable time adjustment of the pressing period (max. 30 sec.)
- safety switch with two hand release for the pressing process
In addition the lining press can be equiped with the following units as whole integrated working place
The following units are needed:
Latex spraying unit: spraying pistol type SP 7 with pressure vessel type LP 100
Working table with maintenance unit and sucking off unit
Toe puff activation and supply unit type KAS at choice single or double station
