Telephone service / remote maintenance
You can reach our specialists via our telephone service, who will help you competently and helpfully with your acute problems. If necessary, your system can be accessed via the Internet using remote maintenance, so that faults can be localized immediately and targeted assistance can be initiated.

Remote maintenance using augmented reality glasses
The new Ring service product AR glasses enables direct communication with video transmission between Ring and its customers. The AR glasses give our service team the opportunity to connect live to your system, thereby achieving better quality remote maintenance.

Malfunctions in systems with a maintenance contract have special status.
